Subject: Drugs and AIDS in Libya are consequences of your current regime & lack of Education.
This is a response to your article "Drugs & AIDS in Libya".? This is a vital and important issue that the humanity is suffering worldwide. The motives and the causes that motivate people being hooked to Drugs and ultimately being infected with AIDS are various due to different environments, such as different personalities, cultures, political, social and economic environments.
As an Australian professional educator, during the past 35 years I have had the chance to positively and constructively contribute worldwide, including in Libya. I have seen, observed and witnessed horrors and tragedies in Libya as well as in other nations.
For example, in Libya the majority of the Libyans who have been hooked to drugs and AIDS infections has to do mainly with your corrupt lawless & chaotic system of management, dictatorial leadership, incompetent management, administration and securities. This unhealthy environment left many Libyans in desperate, helpless and oppressed environments such as illiteracy, lack of training, unemployment, poverty and confusion.
More importantly, due to your stupid dictator regime and his corrupt mob, Libya has been flooded by the entire poor quality, opportunistic and hypocrite criminals and crooks of the world, especially from the developing nations & east Europe who have taken advantage of your bad mismanaged environments and situation and screwed you up against each other to become rich quickly. The gangs of the entire world, especially from the developing nations, east Europe and their whores managed to hook many of the naive and the weak Libyans into Drugs, sex and the likes solely to rip them off of their social fabric, culture, limited resources and economics.
Libya used to be one of the safest Drug & AIDS free nations in the world. We are certain that 95 % of the current ills and tragedies that the Libyans have been suffering during the past 35 years have to do with your current stupid dictator regime and his mob.
To sum up, your best bet is to get rid of your current mess & dung to establish a genuine Democratic system of management that takes care of managing, developing and valuing your limited human, economic and natural resources. Your best bet is to establish first class educational & training organizations, employment organizations, Business centers, hospitals, medical centers, clinics, Banks, Information systems, factories, industries, supermarkets, etc...
Your best bet is to tie up your partnerships and exchanges with highly developed and reputable cultures instead of messing up with backward, poorly developed hypocrites and opportunistic lizards. Your best bet is to learn languages & cultures and to be aware of other cultures dynamics and motives.
I hope with this few lines I managed to put things in prospective objectively, realistically and impartially.
