Certainly as an assistant treasurer for about 20 years working with the Libyan regime that you know and aware of internal financial matters more than I do. But, please allow me to assure you that the figure of wasted and stolen money from the poor Libyans GNP far exceeds your figures.

As an Australian professional educator, I have been positively contributing worlwide during the past 35 years, including in Libya. During my field observation, witnesses and investigation, I would like to estimate the theft of the poor Libyans limited resources between 30 to 50 % of the poor Libyans GNP. Most of your current Dicator and his mob's theft of the poor Libyans limited resources has gone to terrorist organizations, political groups, gangs, whores, bribes, illegal expenditures and private Bank accounts for your dictator's regime and his mob.
Hopefully, the next few years we will shed more lights to unearth your regimes' mess during the past 35 years or so in power. The time will come when the real thieves and crooks will be exposed worldwide.
